Ordinance # 2004-05

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER XXI, FEES, OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WANTAGE.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Wantage, that Chapter XXI, the fee chapter of the Wantage Township General Ordinances, is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 21, Fees, is amended as follows:

A. §21-4, Construction Fees, is amended as follows:

Under “Certificate Fee”, “UCC – CCO, Percent of Permit Cost 10% ($50 minimum)”

shall be amended to read:

“UCC – CO, Percent of Permit Cost 10% ($50 minimum)”

And
“UCC – CO $105” shall be amended to read:

“UCC – CCO $105”

A. §21-10, Planning and Zoning Fees, is amended as follows:

shall be amended to read:

Section 2.
Severability. If any provision of this ordinance or the application of this ordinance to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of this ordinance shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.

Section 3.
Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions inconsistent or in opposition to the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed in their entirety.

Section 4.
Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect after publication and passage according to law.

TAKE NOTICE that the above entitled ordinance was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Wantage, in the County of Sussex, New Jersey, held on January 29, 2004. It will be further considered for final passage after public hearing at a meeting of the Mayor and Township Committee to be held in the Wantage Township Municipal Building, 888 Route 23, Wantage, New Jersey 07461, on February 12, 2004, at 8:00 o’clock P.M., and copies of the ordinance amendment will be made available at the Clerk’s Office in the Municipal Building to members of the general public. ____________________________________
