BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Wantage, that Chapter XXI, the fee chapter of the Wantage Township General Ordinances, is hereby amended as follows:

Section 1. Chapter 21, Fees, is amended as follows:

§21-3, General Fees, is amended as follows:
           Recreation Event Entry Fee: $5 - $25
           Calendar Business Advertisements $80.00

§21-12, Tax Department Fees, is amended as follows:
           Duplicate Tax Bill – first request: $5.00
           for each subsequent request in any given fiscal year: $25.00

§21-13, Returned Check Charge, is amended as follows:
           Fee for Returned Check: $25.00

Section 2. Severability.
If any provision of this ordinance or the application of this ordinance to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of this ordinance shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.

Section 3. Repealer.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions inconsistent or in opposition to the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed in their entirety.

Section 4. Effective Date.
This ordinance shall take effect after publication and passage according to law.

NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that the above entitled ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Wantage, County of Sussex, New Jersey, held on June 30, 2005, and will be considered for final passage after public hearing at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Township Committee to be held on July 21, 2005 at 8:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building, Route 23, Wantage, New Jersey. During the preceding week, copies of the ordinance will be made available at the Clerk's office in the Municipal Building to members of the general public.
