Wantage Notice of Petition

FOR SUBSTANTIVE CERTIFICATION

NOTICE is hereby given that Wantage Township has petitioned the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing for Substantive Certification of its Housing Element and Fair Share Plan pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:27D-301 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 5:96-3.1 et seq. A copy of the adopted Housing Element and Fair Share Plan and supporting documentation is available for public inspection at the office of the Municipal Clerk in the Wantage Township Municipal Building, located at 888 Route 23 in Wantage, New Jersey, during the hours of 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. Comments or objections to said petition for Substantive Certification shall be filed with the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing, 101 South Broad Street, P.O. Box 813, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0813 and with the municipal clerk by June 29, 2009 which is within 45 days of publication of this notice.
