BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Committee of the Township of Wantage, County of Sussex, State of New Jersey, as follows:

1. The following street having been dedicated to the Township of Wantage by the making and filing of maps is hereby accepted as a public street:
2. Roberts Way, as shown on a map entitled “Final Subdivision Plat for Eagle Ridge at Wantage, Lot 6.09, Block 135” dated February 1, 2002 with revisions dates of July 8, 2002 and August 7, 2002 prepared by Jeffrey B. Doolittle.
3. The Township Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of the adoption of this Ordinance as provided by law and to file a certified copy of this Ordinance in the Office of the Sussex County Clerk as provided by law.
4. This Ordinance shall take effect after publication and passage according to law.

TAKE NOTICE that the above entitled ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Wantage, County of Sussex, New Jersey, held on June 30, 2005, and will be considered for final passage after public hearing at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Township Committee to be held on July 21, 2005 at 8:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building, Route 23, Wantage, New Jersey. During the preceding week, copies of the ordinance will be made available at the Clerk's office in the Municipal Building to members of the general public.
