Mr. Jim Doherty called the roll at 7:00 p.m.

Present: Robb Thompson, Thomas P. Davis, Scott Sargent.

Absent: Parker Space, Victoria Gill, Rudy Solar, Diane Mylecraine, Rich Sytsema, Mike Garrett, Lisa Parrott

As of 7:20 p.m., there was still no quorum present. The members present agreed to adjourn the meeting for lack of a quorum at this time.
