The owners are trying to work out a deal with the buyers of the home. Mr. Plaza explained to them the septic problem must be addressed. The owners have until January 15th to make repairs or go before a judge. There was a dog bite in Lake Neepaulin, a boxer bit a neighbor that was visiting the boxer’s home. A family cat bit two children as the children were placing it in a carrier. The cat’s legs were paralyzed and the cat was biting at its paws before being placed in the carrier. The cat tested negative for rabies. A customer of Eastern Garden found bugs in their rice and soup. Eastern Garden first told the customer to come back for a refund with the uneaten food then refused to reimburse the customer because the food was almost completely gone. An inspection of the kitchen found no bugs and the kitchen was very clean. Mr. Plaza felt it was a consumer and establishment disagreement. He must make a request with the County’s Council. The information is not public until after the case is settled. There was a dog bite on Greenville Road.
