Attention Sussex County Seniors:

You maybe eligible to receive $20.00 in Farmers’ Market Vouchers to spend at participating farmstands!!

June 1 through November 30, 2008

In order to receive the farmer’s market vouchers, you MUST meet ALL the following Requirements. (With proof !)

1. Must be 60 years of age or older (With proof – 1 of the following)

   a. Driver’s license
   b. Birth certificate
   c. Sheriff Dept. I.D.

2. Must be a Sussex County resident (With proof-1 of the following)

   a. Driver’s license
   b. Utility or telephone bill
   c. Bank statement

3. Income guidelines:

   Single:
      $19,240.00 annual
      $  1,604.00 month
      $     370.00 week

   Married:
      $25,900.00 annual
      $  2,159.00 month
      $     499.00 week

   (With proof-1 of the following)

   a. Income tax return from previous year
   b. Social Security Statement
   c. Valid Medicaid card
   d. Valid Food Stamp verification
   e. Bank statement

Please note that the PAAD card is no longer acceptable as proof of financial eligibility.
