REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Proposals for the following service: CONSULTANT FOR THE JOINT CONSOLIDATION STUDY OF WANTAGE TOWNSHIP AND SUSSEX BOROUGH WITHIN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY shall be received no later than the date of June 24, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. prevailing time. Proposals shall be received by the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Sussex, on behalf of the Joint Consolidation Study Commission of Wantage Township and Sussex Borough, at the Sussex Borough Hall, 2 Main Street, Sussex, New Jersey. Copies of the Proposal Packet may be obtained from the office of the Sussex Borough Clerk, within the Sussex Borough Hall building, during normal business hours. Proposals must be submitted in standard proposal form. The Joint Consolidation Study Commission of Wantage Township and Sussex Borough shall not be responsible for late mail deliveries, and no proposals shall be accepted after the time stipulated. The Joint Consolidation Study Commission of Wantage Township and Sussex Borough reserves the right to award a contract in its sole discretion, and further reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to waive irregularities, and decide as to the responsibility of the vendors. The Joint Consolidation Study Commission of Wantage Township and Sussex Borough recognizes and complies with the requirements of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990. As such, the Joint Consolidation Study Commission of Wantage Township and Sussex Borough endorses nondiscrimination on the basis of disability in every public service provided through contractors. It is a requirement and an expectation that all vendors who do business with the Joint Consolidation Study Commission of Wantage Township and Sussex Borough shall likewise endorse the philosophy of this act, and shall strive to meet the requirements of it in conducting its business affairs.
