Roll Call of the Township Land Use Board for the Year 2026
Appointment: Chairperson For The Year 2026
At this time, it will be appropriate for a member of the Land Use Board to offer a nomination for the position of Chairperson for 2026.
After all nominations are made and vote taken, the Chairperson of the Land Use Board shall assume the chair.
Appointment: Vice Chairperson for the Year 2026
The Chairperson will open the floor for nominations for the position of Vice Chair for 2026.
Appointment: Board Secretary for the Year 2026
The Chairperson will nominate Michelle Buskiewicz for the position of Secretary of the Land Use Board for 2026.
A motion will be in order to approve the appointment of Michelle Buskiewicz
Appointment: Board Engineer for the Year 2026
The Chairperson shall offer nomination for Township Engineer in 2026 as follows:
Tom Knutelsky from the firm Harold E. Pellow & Associates through 12/31/2026
Appointment: Board Attorney for the Year 2026
The Chairperson shall offer nomination for Board Attorney in 2026 as follows:
David Brady and the firm Brady and Correale through 12/31/2026.
Appointment: Planner
The Chairperson shall offer nomination for Board Planner in 2026 as follows:
Jessica Caldwell of the firm J. Caldwell & Associates through 12/31/2026
Appointment: Conflict Planner
The Chairperson shall offer nomination for a Conflict Planner in 2026 as follows:
Mathew Morris of the firm Harold E. Pellow & Associates through 12/31/2026
Naming The Official Newspapers of the Land Use Board
A motion is in order to designate the New Jersey Herald and the New Jersey Sunday Herald as the official newspapers of the Land Use Board for the year 2026, with the understanding that, effective March 1, 2026, all publications shall be published digitally and made available on the Township website.
Meeting Time and Dates for the Land Use Board:
The Land Use Board will meet on the third Tuesday of the month. All meetings will close after three hours unless an extension is agreed upon by the Board. See meeting dates at the end of the agenda.
